By accessing or using WEST Check-in, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your household.
Accounts are provided for co-op attendance, family onboarding, and related operations. You must keep credentials confidential and use the service only for lawful co-op purposes.
You are responsible for information you submit, including student photos and household details. Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Use of the system is also subject to your homeschool co-op's policies. The co-op may suspend access for violations of co-op rules or these terms.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may occasionally affect access.
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. WEST Homeschool Classes and your co-op are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the system.
